This gorgeous property is historically significant, having served as home for many notable Biloxi residents. Built in 1908 by Patrick Kennedy is was purchased in 1920 by Lawrence Fabacher, the owner of New Orleans Jackson Brewing Company, who expanded the living space. In 2009, the top floor was renovated and the property served as a bed and breakfast for the first time.
