This gorgeous property is historically significant, having served as home for many notable Biloxi residents. Built in 1908 by Patrick Kennedy is was purchased in 1920 by Lawrence Fabacher, the owner of New Orleans Jackson Brewing Company, who expanded the living space. In 2009, the top floor was renovated and the property served as a bed and breakfast for the first time.
The current owners who recently purchased the property has just completed another major renovation to convert the property to six fully contained units. These beautiful suites have been modernized and upgraded while retaining its historic charm.
The property is located right on the Gulf Coast’s shoreline on Beach Blvd (U.S. 90). The grounds are beautiful and all units have a view of the beach. Simply cross the street and you are on the sand! The Biloxi Visitors Center is seconds away where one can learn about the area.
